Sexual Assault Claims
I represent adults and juveniles under investigation and subject to prosecution for claims of sexual assault, including rape, child molestation, indecent liberties, assault with sexual motivation, and similar offenses.
Domestic Violence Allegations
I regularly handle cases involving allegations of domestic violence including assault, unlawful imprisonment, criminal trespass, malicious mischief, child abuse, and related offenses. I also represent clients in investigations involving Child and Adult Protective Services and related civil protection order proceedings involving domestic violence allegations.
Violent Crimes
I represent clients accused of the broad spectrum of violent offenses including murder, aggravated murder, manslaughter, assault, vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and weapons offenses.
Drug Trafficking Offenses and Related Civil Forfeiture Proceedings
I represent defendants in state and federal investigations and prosecutions for drug trafficking offenses, including allegations of involvement in complex and large-scale drug conspiracies. I also handle related civil forfeiture proceedings in which the government has seized cash, real property, vehicles, and other personal property.
Appellate and Post-Conviction Proceedings
I handle direct appeals and post-conviction proceedings in state and federal courts, including Personal Restraint Petitions, Habeas Corpus Petitions, Motions for New Trial, and motions pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
