Albert Didcock Lawyer Headshot

Albert Didcock is a Washington State and federally admitted attorney with a deep background in criminal law and litigation. He graduated sixth in his class from the University of Alabama School of Law, consistently ranked among the top 25 law schools in the nation.

Albert is qualified by the Washington State Bar Association to handle every kind of felony offense up to and including capital murder. Today, as Owner and Managing Attorney of Didcock Law, PLLC, Albert brings both prosecuting and defense experience to help his clients achieve the best outcomes. Having trained and supervised many of the prosecutors and officers now involved in his clients’ cases, he understands their playbook—and knows how to counter it.

While in law school, Albert completed a two-year prosecutorial internship with the Kitsap County Prosecutor’s Office—where he later began his career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Known for his trial skills and strategic judgment, he quickly advanced to Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, supervising attorneys and leading the prosecution of the most serious felony cases, including violent crimes and special assault unit matters. He worked closely with local and federal law enforcement as part of a multidisciplinary child abuse task force, managing complex investigations and high-stakes prosecutions.

Over his government career, Albert tried nearly 100 felony cases, securing convictions in the vast majority—including multiple jury verdicts in homicide and sexual assault trials. His knowledge in these areas is both extensive and specialized.

Whether you are facing a misdemeanor or a major felony, Albert is ready to fight for your rights, your future, and the best possible outcome.
